Refund policy

All sales are final. Unless specified on the specific item, all sales are final. Due to most items being customized and handmade for you, we are unable to offer returns. Please use our measuring guide or reach out to us at sophiajamesdesigns@gmail.com to help with sizing to ensure sizing is accurate. 

If an item does say it is returnable, you have 5 days from the received date to reach out to us for a return. A store credit will be issued for any return.
